The SmartFire pellet-fired boiler has a compact design. Most components are housed inside, behind a casing that protects against harmful external factors and mechanical damage. Inside the SmartFire boiler are two main components: the body and the fuel supply system.

The boiler body consists of a manifold, steel heat exchanger, combustion chamber, and ash pan. The steel heat exchanger includes vertical flue gas exhaust pipes and a deflector. The heat exchanger is equipped with a manual cleaning system. The heat exchanger is located on the lower part of the boiler body, which includes the combustion chamber, ash pan, and exhaust manifold. The burner is installed in the combustion chamber. The burner is equipped with an automatic cleaning system. Fuel is supplied to the burner from above by gravity, using a screw feeder. Directly below the combustion chamber is the ash pan, where the ash pan is installed to collect ash from the burner.

The second main unit of the boiler concerns the fuel supply system, which is an integral part of the fuel dispenser, which comprises part of the boiler's external casing. It consists of: the fuel dispenser, the fuel screw feeder, and the motor reducer. Fuel is supplied from the screw feeder, which feeds the fuel to the burner in the combustion chamber. The boiler body is connected to the supply system by the flanged screw feeder. The front wall of the SmartFire boiler is equipped with two cover grilles. Under the left cover grille is an access door providing access to the combustion chamber and ash pan. Under the right cover grille is the access opening for the lower part of the fuel supply system and the controller. Above the right cover grille, on the front wall, is a display that provides the user with information about the current boiler status, operating parameters, and allows for boiler adjustments.

The heating water inlet and outlet, intended for connecting the boiler to the central heating system, are located on the back wall of the boiler and feature an internally threaded G1L" stub pipe. The back wall of the boiler also features an exhaust breeching that directs exhaust gases to the chimney. The back wall of the boiler is equipped with an exhaust fan. An exhaust temperature sensor is located above the breeching. The controller regulates the air volume supplied by the fan.

The outer casing and boiler body are insulated with mineral wool, which protects against heat loss during boiler operation. The boiler casing is covered with high-quality powder-coated steel plates.
