The BSM48106H is equipped with a three-level Battery Management System (BMS) that continuously monitors and manages key cell data such as voltage, current, and temperature. The BMS also provides active balancing during charging and discharging, significantly extending the battery's lifespan.

Multiple batteries can be connected in parallel to increase total capacity and available power. This allows the system to easily meet the demands of larger installations and situations where longer backup times are necessary.

The bus cabinet serves as the DC-side control and distribution unit within the energy storage system. It connects the high-voltage cabinet to the energy storage converter (PCS). The cabinet integrates the power pool system (stack), optional fuses or circuit breakers, a three-tier Battery Management System (BMS/ESMU), and a UPS power supply.

The design takes into account electrical properties, heat dissipation, safety, and ease of use. As a result, the bus cabinet offers a compact structure, flexible configuration options, and high reliability.

Inside the bus cabinet is the three-layer BMS module (ESMU), equipped with communication interfaces such as CAN, RS-485, and RJ45 Ethernet. These ensure seamless communication with the high-voltage cabinet, PCS/UPS, or EMS. This enables reliable data exchange and control of the energy storage system, while simultaneously providing comprehensive system protection.
