As many of you know, EPA regulations for wood-fired boilers have drastically reduced the selection available on the market. A well-known example is the Walltherm. While the Walltherm is unfortunately no longer available in North America, we now have an excellent alternative for you!

The Vulkan is a coal-fired stove , making it exempt from EPA regulations. Coal-fired stoves offer several advantages:

1. Coal burns at a much higher BTU rating, which means the stove is made of high-quality, durable materials.

2. Coal stoves draw combustion air from beneath the firebox, making lighting the fire very easy.

3. Coal stoves have a grate at the bottom, which makes removing ash quick and easy.
