Properties

This Bonfix Alu-press pipe is suitable for a maximum constant temperature of 70°C and a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar. Supplied on a roll, this oxygen-tight pipe offers protection against condensation, noise pollution, and ensures efficient heat transfer. The color of the sheath allows you to easily indicate whether it is used for hot (red) or cold (blue) water.

Quality mark

This pipe has the Kiwa and KOMO quality mark, which makes it suitable for drinking water.

Assembly

Installation takes just a few steps:

• Cut the tube to size and deburr/calibrate the ends to prevent a noisy pipe and damage to the O-rings.
• Slide the fitting over the pipe and check through the inspection window whether the pipe is in place.
• Press the fitting.
• Thanks to the Leak Before Pressure function, unpressed connections are immediately detected during a press inspection.
