Thank you for your order. We take shipping very seriously and adhere to the following guidelines:
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 business days (if in stock). This processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Methods
We ship with reliable carriers within the EU. Many shipments include a tracking code. You will receive this automatically once the package has been shipped.
Delivery times

Standard Shipping (EU) : 2–7 business days (if in stock).

Delays caused by third parties (such as customs, weather conditions, carriers) are not our liability.
Postage costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, size, and destination and will be displayed during checkout.
International levies
Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not included in the shipping costs.
Transaction costs
PayPal or credit card fees are not refundable upon return. This payment method is the customer's choice.
🛑 Check upon delivery – Very important
Upon receipt of the package, you are legally obliged to check for visible damage to the packaging before signing for receipt.

Always check the package immediately upon delivery for cracks, dents, damp spots or other visible damage.

Never sign for receipt without visually inspecting the package.

Is the package visibly damaged? Refuse the package! .

Please note : If you sign for receipt without noting any damage, this is legally considered as full acceptance of the package in good condition.

In that case we can no longer accept any liability for transport damage .
🛑 Please note: After signing without comment, any claim for damages is excluded. You then declare that you agree with the condition of the package upon delivery.
Damaged or missing packages

Report transport damage within 24 hours of receipt by email with clear photos of the package and the product.

After this period, your right to compensation or re-delivery will expire.

In the event of loss, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier. Refunds will only be issued after formal confirmation of loss.
Returns Policy
Return period
You have the right to return your product within 30 days of receipt to return this money not for installations!
Returns after this period will not be accepted.

Opened, assembled or specially ordered products (custom-made) are excluded from returns.

Please submit a return request within 30 days by email with your order number, reason for return, and photos if necessary.

After approval you will receive instructions.

Shipments without prior notification will be refused.
Return costs

The customer is responsible for the costs and responsibility of return shipping.

Unstamped or insufficiently stamped returns will be refused.
Refund

After correct receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Payment fees (such as PayPal/credit card) and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Cancellations

As long as an order has not yet been processed or shipped, it can be cancelled free of charge.

If the order has already been shipped, it can only be returned after receipt.
