BONFIX Solder brass T-piece 22 x 15 x 22 mm

This Bonfix 90° reducing tee can be used to create a water and/or gas pipe system. A solder fitting can be used to connect a copper pipe to an accessory, for example.

To create a watertight and/or gas-tight connection to the pipe, you must remove grease and dirt before making the connection. You can use cleaners and degreasers for cleaning.

Assembly

It's important to cut the pipe straight when soldering the fitting to the pipe. You can do this with a pipe cutter. This reducing tee is connected using soft soldering. You first apply solder and then connect the pipe. The solder is heated at the narrow gap between the reducing tee and the copper pipe, and is drawn in, making the connection watertight or gas-tight.

Quality mark

In addition to the Kiwa quality mark, this brass reducing T-piece also has the Gastec QA quality mark, and can therefore be used for both gas and drinking water installations.
