BONFIX Solder red copper bend 22 mm 45°

Bonfix copper solder fittings can be used with copper pipes. If they are in a visible location, you can choose to maintain the same copper appearance. However, copper solder fittings are less durable than brass solder fittings. This copper bend has an internal capillary on both sides with a 22 mm diameter and a 45-degree angle.

To create a watertight and/or gas-tight connection to the pipe, you must remove grease and dirt before making the connection. You can use cleaners and degreasers for cleaning.

Assembly

It's important to cut the pipe straight when soldering the copper solder fitting to the pipe. You can do this with a pipe cutter . This copper bend is connected by soldering. You first apply solder and then connect the pipe. The solder is heated at the narrow gap between the copper bend and the copper pipe and is drawn in, making the connection watertight or gas-tight.
