This PVC nipple can be screwed into a fitting, allowing for extension through the thread. To seal this male threaded connection, we recommend using Teflon tape or sealing thread. The maximum operating pressure for this coupling is 16 bar. This PVC nipple has a 3" male thread diameter.

PVC-U is suitable for operating temperatures from 0°C to 60°C, although it's important to note that the maximum operating pressure depends on the operating temperature. The specified pressure applies at a temperature of 20°C. PVC-U is strong, dimensionally stable, has good chemical resistance, and is maintenance-free.
