Automatic pellet-fired boiler for tap water and space heating SMARTFIRE 11/15/22/31/41

SmartFire pellet boiler has a compact design. Most of the components are installed inside, behind the casing that protects against harmful external factors and mechanical damage. Inside the SmartFire boiler there are two main parts: the body and the fuel supply system.

Boiler body consists of: manifold, steel heat exchanger, combustion chamber and ash pan chamber. The steel heat exchanger includes vertical flue gas exhaust pipes and deflector. The heat exchanger is equipped with a manual cleaning system. The heat exchanger is located on the lower part of the boiler body which includes the combustion chamber, ash pan chamber and exhaust manifold. The burner is installed in the combustion chamber. The burner is equipped with an automatic cleaning system. The fuel is supplied to the burner from above by gravity, using the screw feeder. Directly below the combustion chamber is the ash pan chamber where the ash pan is installed to collect ash from the burner.

The second main unit of the boiler concerns the fuel supply system which is an integral part of the fuel dispenser which comprises the part of the external casing of the boiler. It consists of: fuel dispenser, fuel screw feeder together with the motoreducer. Fuel is fed from the dispenser with screw feeder which feeds the fuel to the burner in the combustion chamber. The boiler body is connected to the supply system thanks to the flanged screw feeder. The front wall of the SmartFire boiler is equipped with two cover grilles. Under the left cover grille there is an access door which ensures access to the combustion chamber and the ash pan chamber. Under the right cover grille there is the access opening for the lower part of the fuel supply system and the controller. Above the right cover grille, on the front wall, the display is installed which provides the user with information about the current status of the boiler, operating parameters and allows setting the boiler.

The heating water inlet and outlet, intended for the connection of the boiler to the central heating system, are located on the back wall of the boiler and are equipped with an internal threaded G1L” stub pipe. The back wall of the boiler is also equipped with an exhaust breeching that discharges exhaust gases into the chimney. The back wall of the boiler is equipped with an extractor fan. An exhaust temperature sensor is located above the breeching. The controller regulates the volume of air supplied by the fan.

The outer casing and the boiler body are insulated with mineral wool which protects against heat loss during the operation of the boiler. The boiler casing is provided with high-quality powder-coated steel plates.

An advanced controller controls the operation of the boiler and the boiler room system, including pumps, valves, actuators, buffers and the boiler. In this way, all devices form an integrated system to ensure optimum performance.
