Application and design
This pressure booster unit is designed for situations where a constant and reliable water pressure is required. Thanks to the integrated control system and the built-in stepless speed control, the E.SYBOX offers whisper-quiet operation and energy-saving consumption. The unit is fully suitable for use with tap water and complies with the VEWIN WB 4.3 guideline. It is supplied as standard with an expansion module (Esy IO unit, article 60200914).

Dimensions and construction
The DAB E.SYBOX has a width of 1190 mm, a height of 1357 mm and a length of 656 mm. The connections have a nominal diameter of DN 50, with an external pipe diameter of 48.26 mm. The connections are cylindrical internal thread BSPP-G according to ISO 228-1, both on the pressure and inlet side.

Material and quality
The pump housing is made of high-quality polypropylene (PP), while the piping is made of stainless steel (RVS 304 - 1.4301). The impeller is made of reinforced polypropylene (PP-GF). The appendages are made of brass and KIWA-approved. The reservoir and pump housing quality are classified as 'other' according to industrial standards, suitable for professional use.

Performance and power
Each pump has a motor power (P1) of 2.68 kW and a speed of 2850 rpm. The nominal current is 4.4 A. The maximum flow capacity is 17.4 m³/h, with a volume flow (BEP) of 12 m³/h. The maximum delivery head is 80 meters, with a working pressure of up to 12 bar and a delivery head at nominal flow of 400 kPa. The pressure class is PN 16.

Electrical and control engineering properties
The motor has a built-in stepless speed control. The electrical connection is made via terminals. The installation is not suitable for suction use. The DAB E.SYBOX is equipped with an IPX5 protection degree for both pump and switch cabinet. The insulation class according to IEC is class F.

Environmental and medium conditions
The maximum ambient temperature is 55 °C. The system is suitable for medium temperatures between 30 °C and 50 °C (continuous). The unit does not contain a bypass and does not include a cable length (0 m).

Communication and interfaces
The E.SYBOX is not equipped with wireless communication such as WLAN, Bluetooth or 5G. Interfaces such as 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, PWM, PT100/PTC and RS-232/RS-485 are also not available. The communication bus is not included and there are no floating contacts or pulse counter interfaces.
