Inverter condensing units are equipped with a control module that allows a universal outdoor unit to be connected to a Freon heat exchanger in the air handling unit. This solution allows the condensing unit's efficiency to be controlled using a 0-10 V DC signal sent from the air handling unit's control system.
Both cooling and heating are possible. The units are equipped with built-in expansion valves, eliminating the need for additional cooling connections. Kaisai condensing units must only be used with air handling units equipped with safety devices suitable for the flammability characteristic R32.
