TECElogo Push T-piece reducing, PPSU, dimensions 20 x 20 x 16

This TECElogo 90° reducing tee is used in drinking water and central heating systems. Thanks to the push-fit system, the connector is quick and easy to install.

The advantage of PPSU is that it's lightweight, impact-resistant, and resistant to high pressure and temperatures. Moreover, because it's made of metal, the coupling is corrosion-resistant, giving it a long service life.

In addition to this 90° transition T-piece, the TECElogo range includes various fittings, such as:

Properties

The TECElogo plug-in coupling has a maximum working temperature of 70 °C with a maximum pressure of 10 bar for drinking water and central heating pipe systems.

Assembly

To install the fitting, you can use the handy tool case, which includes pipe cutters, calibration tools, and beveling tools. Because the TECElogo system uses push-fit fittings, you don't need any special pressing tools.

Mounting the coupling takes just a few steps:

• Cut the pipe to size with pipe cutters and deburr the ends to prevent a noisy pipe.
• Insert the tube into the coupling and check through the inspection window whether the tube is inserted far enough into the fitting.
• The clamp ring in the coupling creates a strong connection, with the O-rings ensuring the seal.
• Did you make a bad connection? Use the disassembly wrench to disassemble the connection.

After installation, the system must still be checked for tightness.
