VSH Super end coupling F 15 value box

This VSH end cap is used to cap a gas or water pipe without welding or soldering. By tightening the nut on the compression fitting, the pipe is clamped and secured.

Properties

The permissible operating temperature of the VSH end cap ranges from -35°C to +200°C, with a short-term peak temperature of +250°C. The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar. The compression fitting is primarily used with copper or thin-walled steel pipes.

Assembly

Make sure the pipe is burr-free. This prevents a noisy pipe. Slide the pipe into the coupling and tighten the nut. The inner ring will then pinch and "cut" into the pipe, creating a secure connection. A tight fit is a tight fit. Don't overtighten the nut, as this can cause leaks.
