BONFIX Ball valve 1/2" female thread x 1/2" female thread + red lever PN25

This Bonfix ball valve is used for water pipes, central heating and irrigation systems to regulate or shut off the water supply, for example in greenhouses.

Properties

The Bonfix ball valve is easy to operate using a lever that can be removed, making it convenient for installation in confined spaces. The valve has a full bore, ensuring no pressure loss.

Please note: the tap does not have a quality mark and is therefore not suitable for use with drinking water.

Assembly

The Bonfix ball valve with a female thread connection is easy to install. You'll need Teflon tape, two fittings with male thread connections, and a wrench.

The ball valve is mounted as follows:

• Make sure that both pipes are at the same height to avoid tension.
• Check the flow direction of the ball valve.
• To create a leak-free connection, you should use Teflon tape on the external thread connection.
• Screw the fitting into the ball valve and tighten it securely with a wrench. Avoid overtightening, as this can cause damage.
• Connect to the pipe and repeat these steps on the other side.
• Check the connection for leaks before operating the system.
