BONFIX Solder brass threaded sleeve 1 1/4" female thread x 35 mm

This Bonfix threaded fitting can be used to create a water pipe system. This solder fitting can be used to connect a copper pipe to an accessory.

To ensure a watertight connection to the pipe, you must remove grease and dirt before making the connection. You can use cleaners and degreasers for cleaning.

Assembly

It's important to cut the pipe straight when soldering the solder fitting to the pipe. You can do this with a pipe cutter. This fitting is connected using soft soldering. First, you apply solder to the soldered side, then connect the pipe. The solder is heated at the narrow gap between the brass fitting and the copper pipe, and is drawn in, making the connection watertight.

Quality mark

This brass screw fitting has a Kiwa quality mark and can therefore be used for drinking water installations.
