The Nymo - Heating your boiler with excess solar energy

With the Nymo, you can use unused solar energy to heat your electric boiler. The Nymo is compatible with single-phase and three-phase inverters . Regardless of the brand of solar panels or electric boiler, this smart device controls the boiler using the exact amount of unused solar energy, instead of feeding the unused energy back into the grid.

The Nymo consists of two components:

1. The Sensor: The Sensor detects how much solar energy is being fed back into the grid. It connects to the P1 port of the smart meter with the included cable. Plug and play, that is! The Sensor communicates with the Nymo main unit via a wireless radio signal.
2. The Nymo: The Nymo receives the sensor's readings and controls the electric boiler with precisely the amount of solar energy that would otherwise be fed back into the grid. So not simply on/off, but precisely the amount of surplus solar energy. This ensures that all surplus energy between 100W and 3000W goes to your boiler.
