Assembly

To press the 90° elbow screw, use the Henco tool. The coupling is equipped with inspection windows and leak detection. The fitting can be poured in place without protection.

Pressing takes just a few steps:

• Use pipe cutters to straighten the pipe to size and deburr the ends to prevent a noisy pipe.
• Slide the tube into the press fitting until it is visible in the viewing window.
• Place the fitting with pipe in the press jaw and start the pressing process.

After installing the Henco system, a pressure test must be performed.
