La Buvette drinking trough, cast iron, type F30, ¾", with brass valve with T-piece

This La Buvette drinking trough, type F30, is a cast iron, wide, deep drinking trough and is suitable for cattle and horses.

The drinking trough has a maximum capacity of 18 litres per minute at a pressure of 3 bar.

The F30 is equipped with a brass rod valve with a T-piece. The T-piece allows the water trough to be connected to a ring main. Water flows from the ring main to the water trough and back through the T-piece to the ring main. This keeps the water circulating in the ring main and through the water trough's inlet and outlet.

With just 600 grams of pressure against the rod valve, the valve opens, allowing the animals to drink the water.

In case of frost, a circulation pump can be connected and the water can also be heated.
This prevents the water pipe from freezing shut.
