This PVC plug-in coupling, also called a PVC adhesive coupling, is used to connect PVC sewer pipes and fittings with spigot ends. The PVC plug-in coupling is attached to a sewer pipe or fitting with adhesive, creating a watertight connection.

Because the sewer pipes and/or fittings can be inserted up to the lugs located in the center, the coupling is also called a push-in coupling. The lugs ensure that the pipes and/or fittings can be inserted sufficiently far into the push-in coupling from both sides.
