This electrofusion coupling is used for full-fill wastewater and HWA drainage systems. The PE electrofusion coupling is primarily used in situations where the wastewater temperature can vary significantly. Examples of applications include:

Mounting the PE electrofusion coupling

The coupling comes standard with stop tabs. These tabs are easily removed with a knife or screwdriver, allowing the electrofusion coupling to be used as a slide-on coupling. When installing the electrofusion coupling, cut the pipe ends squarely with a pipe cutter, remove the oxidation layer with a scraper, and mark the insertion depth. The coupling is easily welded with an electrofusion machine.
