This impact-resistant PVC plug allows you to seal off fittings for tapping saddles. It is made of PVC with an additive of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE). This additive significantly improves PVC's impact resistance, reduces the brittle/tough transition, and enhances its resistance to stress corrosion cracking. This plug is therefore ideal for use in gas service lines.

This impact-resistant PVC plug is suitable for impact-resistant PVC fittings with a 1¼-inch male thread. This plug is Gastec QA certified.
