POLSAFE WIRE PLUG SADDLE 1½"

This impact-resistant PVC plug can be used to seal off existing tapping saddles or protect the threads of an untapped tapping saddle until an extension is installed. It is made of PVC with an additive of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE). This additive significantly improves PVC's impact resistance, reduces the brittle/tough transition, and enhances its resistance to stress corrosion cracking. This plug is therefore ideal for use in gas service lines.

This impact-resistant PVC plug is suitable for impact-resistant PVC tapping saddles with a 1.5-inch female thread. This plug is Gastec QA certified.
