This impact-resistant PVC gas connector is made of PVC with the addition of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE). This addition significantly improves PVC's impact resistance, reduces the brittle/tough transition, and enhances its resistance to stress corrosion cracking. This connector is therefore ideal for use in gas service lines.

This impact-resistant PVC gas connector is Gastec QA certified and has a diameter of 40 mm with an SDR value of 17.6. It can be connected to an impact-resistant PVC tapping saddle with a 1.5-inch internal thread.
