TECEflex reducing socket, silicon bronze, dimensions 50 x 40

This TECEflex reducing coupling, also known as a socket, is suitable for (drinking) water and central heating pipe systems. The coupling is used with an Alupex pipe.

Properties

Because there are no gaps where water can remain after installation, this connection is hygienic. There is also virtually no pressure loss because the internal diameter of the fitting and the pipe are virtually identical.

Connecting Alupex pipe

To connect the Alupex pipe to the coupling, the pipe must first be expanded, after which it can be slid over the fitting. A compression sleeve holds the pipe and fitting securely in place.
