This outlet is suitable for gutters. The grille at the top of the outlet prevents leaves from entering the downspout.

Discharge capacity

As a rule of thumb for the drainage capacity of a rainwater drain, 1 cm² of drain opening area is used for every 1 m² of roof surface. Depending on the required rainwater drainage area, one or more drains/downpipes are used.

Assembly

This outlet with a union nut connects your gutter to the rainwater downpipe (HWA). Cut a hole in your gutter and tighten the union nut on the outlet until it's hand-tight. You can then connect the HWA pipe to it.
