The Unifit coupling is used for irrigation, house and garden connections, and drinking water for livestock. Because Unifit couplings do not have the Kiwa quality mark, they are not suitable for use in drinking water systems.

Properties

You can use a wall plate to connect a faucet to the polyethylene water pipe. Clamp the PE pipe at the bottom, and mount the faucet at the front.

Assembly

You don't need any special tools to install the polyethylene pipe to the Unifit coupling. Cut the polyethylene hose squarely and insert it into the Unifit coupling up to the butt joint. Then, tighten the union nut firmly by hand. If necessary, tighten the union nut another half turn with suitable pliers or a wrench. The connection is now watertight.
