VDL threaded rod for 3-piece coupling, type B, PVC-U, stainless steel, internal thread x external thread, 1" x 1½"

This PVC threaded rod, also called a point piece, is used to connect pressure pipes, pressure fittings, and accessories. An advantage of using a threaded rod for a three-piece coupling is that you can quickly and easily disconnect and reconnect it. To disconnect, simply unscrew the union nut. This threaded rod has a 1" internal thread and a 1½" external thread.

PVC-U is suitable for operating temperatures from 0°C to 60°C, although it's important to note that the maximum operating pressure depends on the operating temperature. The specified pressure applies at a temperature of 20°C. PVC-U is strong, dimensionally stable, has good chemical resistance, and is maintenance-free.
