VDL reducing screw connection, type B, PVC-U, stainless steel, 2x internal thread, with reinforcement rings, 16 bar, ½" x 1"

This PVC-U reducing threaded fitting with a reinforcing ring allows you to connect two fittings. The nut makes it easy to tighten. To make this connection watertight, we recommend using Teflon tape or thread sealing tape for the internal thread.
The maximum operating pressure is 16 bar. This PVC-U reducing thread has a ½" diameter on one side and a 1" internal thread on the other.

PVC-U is suitable for operating temperatures from 0°C to 60°C, although it's important to note that the maximum operating pressure depends on the operating temperature. The specified pressure applies at a temperature of 20°C. PVC-U is strong, dimensionally stable, has good chemical resistance, and is maintenance-free.
